Independent Contractor Reminder
Reminder to ALL SABO members - you are an independent contractor. At the end of each season you are required to send an invoice for your services. A spreadsheet is provided for your use as an invoice at the end of this page. It may serve as your invoice and should contain the date, time, gym and partner for each game along with the amounts you are owed for each game you officiated. Keep this up to date and make a note of games that you are paid at the site.
SABO Spreadsheet Invoice
Download the following Spreadsheet and save it with your name (ex. Phillip Sisk's SABO Spreadsheet). Enter the information and email it to saboref@gmail.com at the end of your season as your invoice for payment. Even if you can't keep all the information on the spreadsheet, at least be sure to keep your game dates, times, # of games and the gym where your games were played.
