What's wrong with the referee's position?

The referee is looking up the back of the player with the ball (straightlined). In this position he will not be able to see much of the action that occurs with the two players he is focused on. The referee needs to move to his left so he can see through the players.

What's wrong with the referee's uniform and two of the players' uniforms?

The referee (with his back to the camera) has long sleeves on under his shirt and is wearing white running shoes instead of black shoes. A girl from each team is being allowed to wear a white t-shirt under their jersey of color. White t-shirts may only be worn under white jerseys.
